1. What's a board game cafe???

Good question! It's a coffee shop with a focus on board games. Our aim is to provide a space for anyone to come play their favorite board games, try some new ones from our large selection and enjoy a drink or snack at the same time. Not sure you like board games? Give us a try! We are confident we can find a game that will interest you.

2. I don't know many of these games... help?

That's what we're here for! We will gladly provide you some game suggestions based on your preferences as well as teach you the rules. Just ask anytime.

3. How long can I stay?

For now, we haven't placed a time limit on visits. However, if you have been playing for over 3 hours and we have run out of room, we might ask you to give up your table to help give everyone an opportunity to enjoy the games.

4. What if I just want to buy a drink / snack?

No problem. We only charge the board game cover fee ($4 for adults, $2 for students) if you are here to play games. However, if you're not, we do charge a $1.25 service fee on top of the posted price for drinks.

5. Do you sell games?

Yep! We only carry a small amount in house for now while the business is growing, but we do also take orders. Feel free to contact us about a game you are interested in - we offer very competitive prices.

6. Can I come alone?

Sure. We do have some games that can be played solo. We are also open to playing games with you or connecting you with others who are playing a game.

7. What about kids?

A large majority of our games are geared for teenagers and adults, but we do have some selection for kids at least 8 years old and up. You are welcome to bring kids as long as you are supervising those who are not old enough to be there on their own.
